The Pregnancy Care Center in Aurora, Missouri, provides free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, mentor support, and educational classes to individuals facing pregnancy.
The Pregnancy Care Center was opened in August of 2010 by a group of dedicated supporters who believed that the work of the center was important for our community. The Center was opened as the Tri-County Pregnancy Care Center. Over the years the board of directors has over seen the expansion of programs as we have served clients in Barry, Lawrence, and Stone counties in South West Missouri. In 2023 the board voted to start an expansion phase with the vision to put a center in Mt. Vernon, Monett, and Cassville as well as maintaining the Center in Aurora.
